I love the B vitaims and tuarine. I can feel it and I love how it slowly releases rather than one jump of energy. I am getting rid of energy drinks.

I teach 4th graders and they can really wear me out. Keeping a box of Spot On in my desk sometimes gets me through the day. The only bad part is that the other teachers sometimes borrow from my supply!
